3 Different Animations

The first animation i did was a rocket ship taking off, this is just to get to know the basics of how to create an animation in Photoshop. I already had each element on a separate layer which meant all i had to do was create the frames and set it to show what i wanted.  For each number on the countdown, i added 3 frames to make it last a little longer; i did the same for the "Launch!" but i made it flash by hiding it for 3 frames and then showing it again for 3 more frames.

To make the rocket launch i set the flame to visible for 1 frame then i dragged the rocket + flame to the top of the page where i want it to go, then i used the "Tween" Tool and set it to 20 so that it would add the frames during the rocket launch automatically and make it really smooth. I set the frame delay to 0

The second animation is a test of turning video footage into a GIF. this is done simply by going to "Import" and "Video Frames for Layers" and selecting the video. The box will give you the option to select how much of the video you would like to use in your animation and how many frames you would like to include.

The 3rd animation was one created completely by myself with Images i've found on the internet. I couldn't think of anything good for it so i just done a simple stickman shooting another. Very simply done by adding 2 stickmen and a bullet. I animated the bullet the same was as the Rocket and just joined the other stickman in when the bullet was on him.
